I would say if he suddenly has the Clemens resurgence then yes. I think it is natural regression for him. Had he used, he would keep using now for sure to regain the edge competitors want. His body style shows it also that he seems not to use.

I personally don't givE a shit about steroids in general though. I think they should be allowed in the hall but I doubt that will happen.
