Rules on who can be a RP?

My personal opinion would be someone who threw more innings in relief than starting. Just my 2 cents.

This is how the draft will go. For 18 rounds we will pick every position but RP then the last 2 rds will be a cluster fuck of everyone trying to find 2 RPs that fit Nos's requirements. There will be lots of guys trying to take closers or sp and using them as RP until Nos makes them repick. Mark my words picking RP is a really really really bad idea.

It was difficult last time but this time you're picking current players it's much easier to find good relievers who are in the game now than search for good relievers from the past. It will be fine and honestly i'm not in favor of waiting until the last couple rounds to do relievers, that will give the players drafting early another advantage.
