It's the New Hampshire Fisher Cats alternate logo. It's a play on the "first primary in the nation" thing.

Luckily that's my size. I bought one but I wasn't happy about the $10 shipping rate. I almost bought a Frisco Rough Riders hat too with the Teddy Roosevelt logo on the front but those bastards wanted to add another $7 shipping so I didn't do it out of principle.
