true, but I'm of the belief that frost makes no sense with a pro-style coach

He's 61 years old though. That's why I'm having a hard time believing that he's going to come in here and implement a West Coast Offense and wait 4 years until he has all the players he needs to make it work, and then be at retirement age by the time it's finally rolling. We currently have the kind of players that fit a Scott Frost Offense.

The guy only has so many more years left in him. If this move was for the short-term then Eichorst is an absolute moron. There has to be someone at a Coordinator position who will be the coach in waiting. There HAS to be some sort of backup plan like that.

This would be the worst hire in the history of the world if there is no plan for someone to take over when the old man wants to quit.
