I think it's a non-issue and completely his business but what exactly did he do but sit there and looked at his wife for two days? I guess they have paternity leave in their contract and maybe I would exercise that in the middle of the season but I wouldn't have skipped Opening Day for that, especially when they're at home!

Well first off, he can be part of his childs life.......It's a really big deal. I was surprised to see boomer esaison also criticize him, considering all Boomers family has gone through.

My wife just gave birth recently, and she was pretty out of it, recovering the first few days after. I did all the things you would normally think, diapers, hold him after shots, help the nurses do what they do. But also just getting out of bed to pick him up to hand him to my wife to feed, since she was laid up, getting out of bed was a struggle.
