resurgent skunkbears looking to avenge last year's Breslin stomping...neither team has their premier big man (McGoofy and Payne)...Sparty's also missing Branden "hand job" Dawson (you gotta be fuckn shittn me!)...all signs point to a goblow upset...

I think not.
Sparty's deeper, and more talented, than most folks realize...they'll prove it tonight.
MSU will dazzle.

Worse off. Kid thinks he can handle the ball and shoot from outside the paint. I don't miss the careless fouls either. Morgan n Horford have been excellent in Mitch's absence. Playing defense, boxing out, screens, rolls... fundamentally sound basketball.

gawd, I fuckn HATE seeing State playing 'history-making games'...I mean, MSU's had more than its share of great endings to others' win streaks, but they always, ALWAYS!, seem to fall short for the monstrous, premier events...

ref: 2010 Big Chill hockey match in AA - losing to MICH in front of the largest hockey crowd in history.
ref: 2011 Carrier Classic - losing to UNC in front of the President and a national audience on 11/11/11.
ref: There are more, but it's too depressing to keep listing them.

besides, I've already promised my sofa it won't burn if Sparty falls short. MSU will dazzle!

Adreian Payne, 6'10" senior (delayed NBA to cop his degree) had his career best game in Austin...33 pts. He's missed the last 5 games now with planar fasciitis.

Spartan DEFENSE was stifling in the first half. Stauskas is great...Harris is better.
