A likely 4th round pick for a guy who wasn't going to be re-signed? On a very competitive RBBC squad. A roster that needs to get down to 53. A 4th is pretty damn good. I don't think you would ever get anything more. He's also injury prone which hurts his stock.

BB did well. Rams did well if he stays healthy.

A good point is when Sony leaves the following year, Rams could get compensary pick as high as possibly a 4th depending on the kind of year he has. Contract year for him, so he should be extra motivated.

The Rams are expecting to get 6th round picks next year for FA players who signed $6M+ per year contracts. Based on that i'm not sure the Rams will be getting any compensatory pick. If he was going to be worth $5M+ the Patriots would likely have picked up his 5th year option. I'm not saying Michel couldn't have a great year but if he was that commercial the trade price would have been higher.

I think so, I'm just disappointed i didn't get to see Akers this year. He was pretty damn good in yhe playoffs last year

I honestly think that Kraft will pull the life support if they don\t go deep within next 2 seasons. Pats should have a decent season with all the money spent off season, fingers crossed. If they don't, fingers will be pointed at coaching

I agree or BB may decide to hang them up and enjoy retirement on his boat.

NE has a good looking roster, the only reason they could possibly miss the playoffs is because Buf and Mia both look strong.

Trade worked ok for both teams. Pats seem to have a decent two headed monster at RB without him

Michel has played well. He's not great at anything and he looks a bit slow. I still don't think he'll get a big FA offer. I'd rather go after Chase Edmonds if he doesn't re-sign with the Cardinals.
