Our best LB core in recent memory had to be: Takeo Spikes, Brian Simmons, Steve Foley.

If Burfict comes back to his former self, this will be a damn good LB core with the way Maualuga has been playing lately.

Burfict, Maualuga, Lamur/Hawk

I think Lamur is terrible. Hawk has been serviceable. I like Vinny Rey, but he seems inconsistent.

I don't think Lamur is terrible. He is a serviceable coverage LB, a little weak in the run game as he can't shed blockers very well. Hawk is old, but serviceable.

Burfict makes the LB core anyway if he returns to his former self and with an improved Maualuga, it becomes plenty good enough with our defensive line rotation and our plethora of first round pick DB's.

To top all defensive players in the game yesterday on both sides of the field, both Bengals and Ravens?

Ah ha.

Now let me ask a question. How the F does AJ Green only earn a +2.8 after having 10 catches, 227 yards, 2 TD's including a remarkable run after catch on the 80 yard TD?

I know he had that one bounce off his hands, and I know he had a penalty, but I honestly have no idea what else he could have done.

Steve Smith at 3.9? I've rarely seen a receiver be so dominant.

considering that Dalton was 5.8, I assume they gave the credit to Dalton. what did they rate Flacco at?

The broken tackles accredited on that TD run is most likely what pushed his grade much higher. If the Bengals could just tackle...

Yeah, that just seems to be really low for two guys that dominated the receiving charts this week.

How did the rest of the WR's grade out this week? Cobb? Julio? Etc.? I mean, Steve Smith, AJ Green and Julio had to have the highest PFF scores right?

I mean, they were just dominate in their games. Those scores just seem so low to me considering how these three guys played. Of course I have no idea what Julio got for a grade, but I have to think it is right in line with Green and Smith.
