Way too much Richardson in the 4th

I agree. Richardson wasn't doing anything special in the 4th to explain why Dragic did not come back into the game after picking up that 5th foul

On a different note, the Heat have found themselves needing to play unnecessary game 5 and 6 to get out of this series. typical Heat making it complicated on themselves unnecessarily

Great miss by Wade there. The best part of this game being over is not having to listen to Fiorentino and his unrealistic scenarios of hope in this game for the Heat. Incapable of being critical of the team. Such a homer.

It was a great miss for everyone that had Charlotte -2.5

Everyone I know/saw had the series going 6 or 7.
Were you expecting a sweep?

We just haven't been a good road team since Bosh went down.

Yeah he was for whatever reason. My prediction was Heat in 6 but I did think if we won both home games as we did that we would be able to pull a game out in Charlotte and win in 5

Not a fan of morale victories - but , if there is one, its that the Heat didn't get blown out like they deserved to at least

So who is feeling good in this series? We shot poorly on the road and got beat but they did not shoot very well either. Honestly, we shot out of this world in the first two games at home and hard to expect that again but do expect more energy. They seem to have adjusted to us a bit. I have no idea if we can pull it out Wednesday or not. We will only have one day's rest again. The good news is Dragic and Whiteside just got 25 minutes and 24 minutes. D. Wright got 4 minutes too many and proceeded to go 0-2 and -8 and ignited the Charlotte run. Richardson got 31 minutes.....

" everyone" has their own, different opinion.

And, yes, I was expecting a sweep. When the Heat played as well as they did the first two games, minus the minor bumps on the road and bad officiating... no reason to think they couldn't have swept. Credit CHA, but no reason not to have thought the Heat could've swept. Its just my personal opinion. You don't agree? OK.

If the Heat can get their offense in the next two games, we'll win in 6 I think.

One change I would like to see is UD getting Amare minutes. Amare lack of awareness on defense is concerning. He's not doing anything special on offense to warrant him to play ahead of UD.

Role players usually play better at home in the playoffs. I expect a better game out of Richardson and Deng in game 5

Respectfully, if you think that cost us the game - or that was the lone thing to cost us the game... you have lost your fucking mind officially.

We'll never know for sure, but UD did nothing, and we barely lost, and we couldn't rebound or score inside.
The second qtr was the biggest factor in the loss IMO, but we were close enough, somehow, that Whitseide for sure gives us a TON better chance to pull it out than anyone else.

Hope you are right.....will need to have balanced calls and ensure that our rookies play a little better.

Richardson was fine at home. I think that will keep up. He's a rookie so its no surprise that he shoots better at home.

Turnup might disagree with you on this with UD.

Did you predict a sweep before the series?
Did you really think we were going to continue to shoot at an all time best on the road, in the playoffs?
Have you watched any of the other series?
Heading home 2-2 shouldn't be any great surprise.
You need to play better on the road to win n the NBA.
We were significantly worse in every aspect of the game.

I doubt it. Turnup only point was is that Spo left Hassan on the bench which is true. Same goes for Dragic

I could even see the move if you're playing the hot hand, but that wasn't the case.
Dragic /Whiteside are easily the more talented duo.
You should go down with your best.
My guess is Spoelstra was once again going to live or die with Wade, so he kept Richardson in figuring he was the better, more athletic defender.

Sad thing is Dragic was solid tonight. Without the foul trouble, he was on his way for a 20+ night.

Yeah as I said at the moment it happened, When Miami cut the lead to 1 we should have brought back Dragic, Joe, and Hassan.
