The first half of the season could get away from this team in a hurry again. But don’t worry Spolestra will turn them around just so they can barely miss the playoffs and overpay some more guys next year in the offseason. LOL.

3-5 and only wins against the dregs of the East and a win against the Pacers at home. At least they made it a game.

Lost it in the 3rd quarter and with bad mistakes and poor execution down the stretch.

Whiteside missing 5 games is a big reason for that.

They been in every game this year except the Spurs game. They just need to clean up these little mistakes.

Could easily be 7-1. The losses to Orlando, Minnesota, Boston, and Denver all came down to the final 2 minutes of the game.

This team need to value the basketball.

As bad as certain guys are playing in terms of scoring the basketball, if they did a better job taking care of the ball then they would probably 5-3.

No doubt the turnovers - and as I pointed out the FT to 3pt attempt ratio needs to be more balanced and they have a better shot at getting and maintaining these leads they have no business blowing.

This aspect of their game must improve this season asap and it must improve ASAP if they want to have at least a DECENT road trip against these tough teams.

Spo's stubbornness really hurting the team as well - he is too soft on these guys about the quality of their shots especially the 3's.

His unwillingness to realize that while so many of our guys are versatile in many ways - not every fucking guy should be handling the ball over other guys on the court at the same time. Heat are getting too cute with their passes. They need to just make the simple pass/play.

Get back to the fucking basics

One last alarming stat of the night which has too often been a problem this season also - just 4 fast break points - again it speaks to the settling. The nuggets made their share of turnovers so the Heat had chances to run and get better shots but they seem to be too focused on looking for the 3 its as if they choke when an easier shot is there

Good recap from Ira - pointing to the fouls being an issue late for the Heat. Thats why sometimes giving a guy the layup/dunk is much better than earning another foul for a player and the team as a whole at a particular moment in a game

Spo playing favorites with certain guys even if they stink it up throughout the entire game or key moments of a game and play them in situations they don't belong in - while he sits other guys that have been playing well and helping the team.

Mystery solved to how Spo runs the team. So it seems we can't and shouldn't expect much adjustments to be made - just gonna keep riding with the same guys no matter what

Seems like Whiteside and Waiters are fed up with the bench stinking up the joint. Been saying this for about a week now. Tyler and Ellington must be better. Kelly and JJ been solid off the bench. Winslow been ok. Tyler and Ellington been just bad.

I get James Johnson had his bad moments but he was good last night. Had 15 points on 6 shots. Also had 10 rebounds and 4 assist. JJ issue is he fouls too much and often commits bad turnovers.

Spo need to quit with this Okaro White starting experience. Could be a primary reason for the 3rd quarter struggles.

I hate being harsh on the guy, though some may think otherwise -- but I just think he tries too hard to do a little more than he should. He is too good a player for that. He just needs to play within himself and the offense and things will come - forcing shit for no reason is only going to hurt the team.

On the Okaro issue, he's only started the previous two games, so I wouldn't call it an "experiment" quite yet.

I am fed up with this 'positionless" crap approach by Spo. I think it needs to change and guys be given more define roles based on their postion/skill set.

I know I am in the minority here, but as I said the other day, I dont mind the amount of guys in our rotation - its a matter of finding the right combos at the right time. Spo has to be willing to make this very necessary adjustment.

It could be a long afternoon leading up to the Dolphins game for me tomorrow watching our Heat vs Clippers

The Clippers took a nice beating a night before facing Heat in what will be noon or rather morning start for them - I wish that meant/guranteed good things for the Heat but thats not necessarily always the case.
