McGruder and James Johnson are bringing nothing to the table.

I understand keeping JJ starting because we don't have a lot of options at that position but Waiters is so much better than McGruder.

Another quick 14 for Waiters.

As I said previously, McGruder does NOTHING better than Waiters.

One of the biggest issue with this starting unit is lack of offense and that's exactly what Waiters can provide

It really doesn’t matter who is out there as long as who ever is out there is actually executing.

But since every time things go bad for the team people like to play coach /GM, I’ll bite — I would prefer a starting 5 of Hassan, Olynyk, Winslow , Waiters and Goran when healthy — I’ll settle for Richardson while Goran is hurt .

It never will end under Spo and ariley but this “ position-less” nonsense needs to end . It’s this idiotic idea that leads to so many turnovers for this team — far too many guys that shouldn’t be handling the ball do so way too much .

It’s not like this team doesn’t have such options — they just have to be willing to use them and not overuse guys out of roles they have no business being in .

It’s good to see that the heat have gone 10-deep in this game but considering how it’s gone and how some guys have played , one or both between Ellington and Kelly should’ve gotten minutes tonight

I love me some waiters — but we all know that with his free spirited shooters mentality he can go on a bad streak where you will be calling for him to sit .

Point being , this is team is the ultimate pick your poison team — for and against them — you never really know what you are going to get from any one of these guys .

Consistency is as big a problem for this team as turnovers are .

Knock on wood , outside Dragic still out — injuries haven’t been as big an issue for a while .
