-14 at the half for the Heat.

Cant make FTs -- especially not Hassan and don't take care of the ball. Obvious why they are down so big.

You can't be this bad of a ft shooting team when you're already a mediocre team

As they say on ESPN, C'MON, MAN!

You've watched enough games of this team to know they are trash on a nightly basis from the FT line.

They simply don't work on them enough -- too busy jacking up 3's rather than working on those FTs.

It doesn't help that Hassan has taken most of the teams FTs.

Their record suggest their are mediocre -- I think we know they are a little less than that whether they are at full strength or not.

This team just has too many bad habits -- and too often seem unwillingly to change them.

Heat have cut the deficit to 7 but could it be one of those games where they get close but just don't have enough to fully get back in due to the early large deficit?

I don't like getting into the trade talk bandwagon -- especially with the low expectations -- and this early in the season despite the deadline being close

BUT If there is one guy I wouldnt be mad at the Heat trading its definitely James Johnsons fake tough guy ass. This team has overvalued him for too long.

The Heat made a mistake in overpaying for him -- giving him such a big role that he has felt the need to do more than he is capable of and its hurt the team on too many nights.

I just don't know what the Heat could possibly ask for in return for him or what his actual value is in the eyes of other teams.

Knowing how cheap the Heat are, they would probably be okay with future second round pick selections or end-of-bench players from other teams they would later cut after the trade.

Richardson will warmup with intention to play tonight. It shouldn't mean, but likely DOES mean that either Waiters and/or Ellington don't see PT tonight unless dire circumstances present themselves.

Spo did go deep into the bench last season but that was more so due to foul trouble and score. The Heat rarely go deep into their bench for the luxury it can be.

Their insistence on shooting 3s when they struggle is their biggest issue . They have to learn when to just stop trying at some point
