McGruder not doing much to be considered a big loss for us beyond having one less guy available to us

Briante Weber has been named #1 prospect in the D-League. The Heat should strongly consider calling him up -- especially these days we are down some guys. He is the guy we should've kept instead of McGruder who obviously still needs D-League time.

Better contributions from the bench so far is helping a great deal. Except big man James Johnson insist on settling for jumpers and 3's rather than going to the basket.

So far the Heat are playing well enough to win this game - still early but have limited the mistakes
