Our broadcasters are such homers - This game was decided a long time ago regardless of how close it currently is and they talking as if it is still a game.

I doubt it you're overreacting big time. It's an 82 game season and you're going to have bad games. Thankfully with this team most of their bad games usually come in Nov-January instead of Feb-April which is when you want to be playing your best.

I did not mean that we would not make the playoffs or that it would be a mighty struggle but they are under 500, and they will realize it won't come easy. This team wanted this win, otherwise LBJ Would not have played all of the 4th or 42 minutes. Very early on, but they will get a test from the Wizards at home who match up well against us....like I said, we could start 1-3. Not the end of the world.....but hate that a little adversity has to set in so early!

Anyway to lose by 1 on the road against a top Eastern team is a positive sign for us considering we played like crap for most of the night.

The Wizards are trash. They lost to Detroit and Philly (at home). We will beat them by about 10-15 points. Call me a homer but if Miami doesn't lose to the Clippers, they may not lose until the end of November. Schedule is extremely easy outside of 2 trap road games in Toronto and Orlando

Interesting fact brought up on Sunsports...first time Heat are under 500 since the first game of the big three era!
