Personally I think it's a mistake to waive a player who clearly has demonstrated strong defense, but D'antoni hates to play defense, and this move will save the Lakers about 23 million in luxary taxes. The Lakers are clearly going to tank this season and get ready for the 2014-15 season in my opinion and will not be worth watching this next season. Very disappointing
