Emery while by no means perfect isn't the guy failing to get anything remotely resembling competent play out of the players.

Again, not perfect, but there IS talent on this team in part to him.

Mel Tucker shouldn't make it out of the tunnel. That's where I'd start. If the D improves and the O still runs like a Yugo at the bottom of a lake, then I would look at relieving the head coach of his duties.

The team is built to win games offensively. That doesn't mean that they should have to score touchdowns on every damn drive to have a chance...
