The only problem i was having with Mcvay and Gruden's play schemes is that they were completely conservative on the passing schemes, while still trying to magically work our running back woahs. I'm glad around the Bears game they decided that this was Kirk's team and to open up that playbook. Since the Bears game, 14 tds and 0 interceptions.
