I think his cut is the result of the snyder years and the new regime is trying to get away from that. I think if McManus was employed by a majority of other teams they would have better benefit of the doubt PR wise.

I have no idea about the evidence. From what I have seen, there is no evidence, and the entire case is based on she said he said. Supposedly, there is an eye witness from the Jags team but he has never been named.
