My Twilight Zone moments continue the more I read about how Sunday's game played out. We all know McManis is the team's MVP on STs, that's been the standard almost from the time he's been a Bear. But from what I've been reading, he made some pretty good plays from scrimmage as well. Was someone hurt that he even got the chance to be out there? I was under the impression that he's last on the secondary depth chart. For whatever reason, it's good to see that he had himself a nice overall game.

Prince had the hamstring thing.

It was very unexpected how well he played. I honestly thought he was only a CB on a technicality at this point. I didn't realize we'd actually use him. I think Tolliver also got some snaps, but I saw him get beat... if I remember correctly.

If Prince has to miss this week - it'd be a cool story if McManis emerged as a solid CB option. However, I get the feeling he'd be exposed. I do recall when he was just getting into the league and we gave him an opportunity. It wasn't too pretty. However, it has been a while.

Rosen kinda actually worked Tolliver fer at the very least two completions. He seemed to come in at about the same time as Rosen, and at least two of his completions were against him

We'll have to see how Tolliver responds perhaps with a full week to prepare. Big test coming up with the Evans/Jackson/Godwin trio coming up and Fitzmagic throwing bombs all over the field.

Well, hopefully Amukamara just plays. He's listed as day-to-day. However, with the bye around the corner. Perhaps taking the opportunity for two full weeks of rest and getting 100% makes more sense.

We may need him for this receivers group, though. OJ Howard is turning into a bit of a force as well.
