actually it was that ISU defender that won the game for you guys.
nice win though
...seen it. ...so many times.
McCoy has a strange knack for being the 2 minute drill guy at the end of halves.
He is a mediocre backup QB at best, but he literally becomes Houdini whenever Texas needs a 2 minute drill.
Texas might just want to play David Ash the first 28 minutes of each half.....then give the reins to McCoy with 2 minutes to go.
It is the weirdest thing. He is mediocrity defined other than in that very specific situation.
Texas can use him like a MLB specialist to get out left handed hitters for one out late in games.
Case is better than Ash. Always has been.
...seen it. ...so many times.
Case coming into this game is 1-7 in games where he threw more than 16 passes.
NO ONE has seen him lead game winning drives "so many times" and no, he's not even in Ash's league, and that's saying a LOT.
El Texan is just trolling Texas fans, because he knows these facts. Case is pure, unadulterated GARBAGE and should never see the field.
I've seen a McCoy lead game winning drives dozens of times at Texas. So have you!!
You've seen a COLT McCoy led game winning drive, but not a CASE McCoy led drive. Case is damn near useless.
A&M. Kansas. Iowa State.
Plus he stayed steady in second half last week for the win, though little was asked of him, but we won.
He hasn't turned the ball over once all year. People say he can't throw the ball 30 yards - except for the 44 yard Hail Mary tonight which gave us the lead at half. Tonight he had 255 yards of offense; 2 tds; 0 turnovers; and a game winning drive. Plus he had another td dropped by Davis in the first half.
Wtf else do you want from a backup QB????
