McCourty Not A Team Captain

Could it be he's not the leader some of his fans think? Could it be he's not as good as some of his fans think?Could be both.

Quarterback Tom Brady, defensive lineman Vince Wilfork, left guard Logan Mankins, linebacker Jerod Mayo, special teamer Matthew Slater and McCourty served as the Patriots’ six captains in 2011 and 2012, but McCourty was the only one who didn’t retain that status this season.

I'm not sure what responsibilities a team captain has but it doesnt really seem like an issue. Is it possible he didnt want the role?

LOL it's not that...I am just trying to be positive from here on out. I have what I expect this season and others have their expectations. No biggie....What is the saying "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"..LOL...Very interested in this game tomorrow....I think and hope its a bounce back week!
