I think McCarron simply misspoke, he meant to say "I am the best game manager in the draft"

Our discussion was whether he was a first round talent. YOU argued he was, and was the top QB in the class. I argued that he has no "wow" factor, he's just a cog in the machine.

So far, more people see it the same way I do than you. AJ is just another guy behind center......that can be easily replaced. He hasn't shown he has that "it" quality, he's just a solid player.

I'm not saying he won't be good.....I'm saying he's nothing special. You felt otherwise, hence why I called you out.

I don't think I argued that exactly. I'm betting it had more to do with the silly game manager label that gets thrown on him just because he plays on a good team. That entire label is stupid.

I also probably argued with the notion that anyone can do what he does. Because we saw that McElroy couldn't make the same throws.

And as for 1st round status, I'm pretty sure I merely quoted what some expert said, as I know shit about where people are going in the draft. I think he is a much better QB than most people give him credit for.

I never expected more people to see it the way I do. Not sure why you presented things to this extreme in general. Worried or something?

I'd like to see a QB competition in Cincinnati, even if it just ruffles Dalton's feathers. Judging from his college career, I think McCarron will do well if he is given the chance, but for right now, the Bengals have no reason to claim McCarron as the starter over Dalton.
