MBBRL suicide and coma

3 picks in and i'm already in bye week trouble.

Suicides/coma- I typically punt a whole week- my QB1, my K, my D, hopefully at least 3 or more of my RB/WR options, all on the same bye..just get it done and over with, and then not worry about it. that's pretty much week 10 in suicide this year. haven't even thought about it yet in this one

More of a general, here's what I'm doing if it'll help anyone else.

for future would it be easier to copy the suicide league into the coma league... and then unassign each owner??

then assign all the new owners to new teams that are empty...

I don't worry about bye weeks at all in coma as a lot of starters are going to be duds any how. I just concentrate on getting players that will score a bit and hope.

of course... you can copy a league whenever you want.... in our MBBRL baseball dynasty i created a dummy league so i can play around with the scoring... made it during the season too...

If Fantrax allows it, next year (1) copy the suicide league, (2) add 8 more teams, (3) schedule a supplemental draft for the 8 teams, and (4) when done, delete the copied 12 teams.
Is that possible?

step 3 would have to be before step 2(step 2 would just be unassign teams)... i think fantrax makes you pay if you let owners have multiple teams... if they dont then sure having it that order would be the safest...

the only people who can copy a league on Fantrax, are the league's commish. so OBX would've had to have done it..or assign one of us commish powers in suicide.

That's why I didn't quite get every setting right and missed that scoring one that Molsan pointed out. it wasn't a straight 'copy'. I did try and and set up dummy teams and assign the suicide rosters player by player..but didn't get any further than the very first name before they said "error, you can't do that shit until after the draft'

Difference is, you're making a judgement call in this league.

Honestly, if I hadn't made the mistake of taking Hock so early, I would've been fine with Andrews.

I dunno, maybe Likely is on the rise, but I'm still on the Andrews side in that debate.
