I don't know. I think at the end of the season it will be close to who "won" that trade. If Gregerson doesn't hold onto the closer gig in Houston the entire season, you easily win the deal. Overall I thought it was a pretty good deal for both of us. I took on the higher risk with Gregerson for the potential higher reward of a return to Goldschmidt happening and you got the more secure players with a nice upgrade in steals and a top 3 closer.

When your team is kicking my ass in the playoffs because I don't have a closer worth a damn, I won't be so happy with our deal! I am hoping Houston gets back in the playoff hunt soon and Giles keeps sucking or I'm going to be looking very thin.

In our weekly matchup, always nice to see my squad knock out 6 homers on a Monday to get off and running!

Yeah, I seen it earlier. I'm not a fan of 3 for 1 deals, I Would have to drop 2 players. I'm also not a big fan of trading 1 top player for 3 good players. But I do appreciate the offers and maybe someday we can work something out.

You don't have to drop anyone... three DL players are not counted.

And one of those three is more than "good". He is elite at his position.

Your call though... but you can always have five bench players, even with two on the DL

Maybe I don't understand something. If I have a full roster and I trade 1 player how do I add 3 players to a full roster?
