Decided to pull the trigger on the deal.

Is my roster ok since I have one on injured reserve or do I still have to drop someone? Currently have 27 players with 1 on reserve. Trying to avoid having an illegal roster for next week

Looks fine to me. 5 bench players. Anyway, if it were illegal, you'd see a notice from Fantrax at the top of your team page.

The deciding factor was I have no faith in Eovaldi or Wood at this moment and also Colome will be closing longer than Miller with Chapman returning on May 8th while Boxberger is at least 3 weeks away

I am not convinced that Boxberger and Chapman take the 9th back. Boxberger was pretty bad last year and Colome has been excellent. Nobody has been better than Miller over the last 2 years and Chapman is capable of pitching multiple innings. I think the Yankees would be best served by keeping Miller in the 9th.

When the Yankees have the lead, Betances goes 8th, Miller 9th.

Chapman pitches any time the game is tied 7th or later and goes up 2 innings, occasionally 3 if the pitch count is low.
