I would be disappointed, but then again, i went in knowing that I wasn't prepared, pretty much banking on the team being shit, and thats pretty much what I've got. some nice pieces, but A LOT of HUGE holes, especially on the pitching staff, and depending WAY WAY too much on aging veterans outperforming their recent history...bah

I'm 50-50 on mine...which is an improvement, because I usually hate my drafts.

TKOSpikes 2015 roster

Pitching heavy was the theme. Mad Max in the 1st (9th), Felix on the turn followed by Harvey in the 4th and Tanaka in the 6th. Filled in Arenado in the 3rd and Santana (at C) in the 5th.

Grabbed Kipnis, Carpenter and Bruce after that, mixed in Hosmer and Escobar along with my boy Pollock and Pierce. Grabbed Jose Fernandez (probably early, but figured my heavy staff could handle the wait), and Pineda. Took a shot on Semien, Michael Taylor (and Span), got Morse late and took a gamble on Burns last. Glad to get Bauer late too. And some where in the middle was Rodney and KRod.

C - Santana
1B - Hosmer
2B - Kipnis
3B - Arenado
SS - Alcides E.
CI - Carpenter
MI - Semien
OF - Bruce, Pollock, Souza, Taylor
UT - Pierce
SP - Scherzer, Felix, Harvey, Tanaka
RP - Rodney, KRod
P - Bauer, Pineda

Bench - Morse, Burns, Span, Greene, Fernandez

JF and Span give me two waiver claims to acquire.

All in all, I like my hitting balance but need help/luck in Power. My pitching should be solid.

First off drafting on a phone sucks, if you are not on top of the phone at all times you can't tell who has been drafted.

The first round couldn't have gone any better for me. Having the 7th pick, I was hoping for Stanton to be the one left. After that not so much. It seemed like my target would get away and I had no back up plan.

Oh well, changes are coming.

That was my exact feelings on this draft. From the second round on it seemed like TKO anf Fuzzy were in my brain.

I considered it at #5..but I just can't take an OF not named Trout in the top 5..to many other positions have such a huge drop, and OF always a eems to be the one that's somewhat easy to find suitable pieces all year round
