I had him at #10 overall with note that he'd be top 5 if he was staying at 2B.

How do the Red Sux rationalize sending Rubby down? I hope you're wrong Chef. I have both he, and Mookie in my money league.

Well, it was Rubby, but he'll be back. And I will have to start paying more attention to the Sox, because they will have guys named Mookie and Rubby on the team.

If they make a trade for Odor, that will be an awesome hat trick. :rollseyes:

I hope it's an innings thing, because choosing Workman (or Peavy for that matter) over Rubby is not trying to get back in it. I just don't understand... but I agree, he will be back and I'm not dropping him in the leagues of which I own him.

That other arm was tied for the biggest reason I countered your original offer. Not at all interested in dealing him. But also why I swapped MI's on your side, thought the trade off would balance it a bit.

Your last waiver claim was this past Thursday when you added Bartolo Colon. This claim was more recent than anything TKO did (aside from the Minor grab), so he correctly had waiver priority ahead of you. Paul was the only owner who had made a claim more recently than yours.

But...TKO claimed Andrelton Simmons, Jeff Locke and Hector Rondon yesterday. I purposely made sure not to claim Locke until I saw what happened with the Minor claim. There must be something I'm not understanding?

He added those guys off the free agent list. They do not affect waiver priority. The only time a player hits waivers is after they have been dropped, or in the case of Mookie Betts, when they get added to the player pool. Once a player clears waivers, they can be added without affecting waiver priority.
