Did they make the DL decision Sunday night or Monday morning? I can't remember.

The initial news when Wacha was supposed to be skipped was that it was simply getting some extra rest, which is believable since Wacha is young and the Cards have an infinite number of quality starters.

Anyway, I guess what I am trying to say is that I can see how someone might have missed the news.
