Week 3 update

Here's my week 3 update:

My CBS money league: 2-1
1st CBS public money league: 1-2
2nd CBS public money league: 2-1

Friends Yahoo League: 1-2
Public Yahoo League: 0-3

MBBRL: 3-0

For the week I was 6-3 which makes me 14-13 overall in all 3 leagues for the year. Got lucky this week pulling out some close victories.

This team is a dumpster fire. The only pick I've had in the top 5 rounds that has worked is Randall Cobb. I made the idiotic decision of keeping Chris Johnson instead of Julio and Peyton, and now CJ is no longer there. If I hit .500 in this league at any point it will be a miracle.

As you can see, there are not many common players. Brees is my quarterback in two, but he's been way below average so far. A different running back fell to me in the first round of each draft also.

Your team 3 looks beastly. I'll bet you're gonna finish pretty high. In regards to Brees, he's really only had one bad game. He's thrown for 322+ every week, and his last 2 games have been second only to Manning. Seems like he's just getting warmed up.

Week 4

I do appreciate the fact that you guys are keeping up with this, it's nice to see how everybody else is doing. Here's my week 4 update:

CBS Friends money league: 0-4 (seriously, I have Doug Martin, Arian Foster, Stafford, Victor Cruz, Andre Johnson, and Witten and I am 0-4)

For the week I was 4-5 which makes me 18-18 overall in all leagues for the year. MBBRL team is still the best team I have even with the loss last week.

Main Keeper: L (0-5!) - 16 team, 4 keeper and Kaepernick/DMC/D-Wilson have been terrible.
MBBRL: W (2-3) - Lucky to get Julius Thomas back through waivers, after I bailed before Week 1.
Suicide: W (3-2) - Leshoure can't get on the field but no trade? C'mon Lions! How's prison Aaron?
Coma: W (3-2) - Phillip Rivers keeping me afloat... Giants are my only defense!

Main Keeper: L (0-5!) - 16 team, 4 keeper and Kaepernick/DMC/D-Wilson have been terrible.

Traded Kap and DMC for Cam Newton and Keenan Allen. I don't care that I lost the deal, it was just time for me to part with McFadden. A young QB, with his bye gone seemed a good fit. His team was rolling with Ogbonnaya and Ronnie Brown (Lamar Miller on bye), so he was desperate for a RB. I was rolling with Josh Gordon and Hartline (bye), no bench WR and the FA list was gross (she's wiped clean at every position), figured it was good timing. Here's to hoping Cam gets 'er going, before that kid on that commercial comes up and takes his spot! (soon as he's finished loosening his arm)
