He drafts his first round pick for me.......then we flip flop second round picks........
then make the trade for the players after the draft......

and im just using milk as an example

Ill give you a somewhat better example..one that actually happened in year one..I'll change the names for their protection.
this guy named Toes had a high pick, he worked out a deal predraft with this other guy, Homer, they drafted according to what they had worked out and afterwards finalized the trade.
Sounds okay right? well the rule was no trading draft picks, and at least two known offers were rejected under the assumption that we couldn't do trades pre draft..those owners were none too happy considering had they not thought that this was shady behavior, they too would've made a deal with this "toes" guy, and improved their team as well, or instead of. One owner imparticular was quite perturbed, and IMHO, we're all lucky he decided to hang around..that's how upset he he was.

So in short, no, I would advise against that
