Seriously, good trade. My initial reaction was that you got the better deal, but I can see Trudem's point of view. Gates ain't no slouch and he had a RB to spare. It certainly solidifies his team at every position, and Gates could have a big game against Oakland.

Now I'm gonna wait to see what you do next...

So I was reading Canes B league recap and this made me sick to my stomach.

BK is 4-6 with the 6th most points and the 4th best breakdown record at 64-43-3. He seriously needs to have a talk with his schedule maker.

Ehh, one bad week and I'm right out of the top spot. I thought I was a shoe-in last year. I won't be so confident this year. Tbh, I'm just glad both leagues are so competitive. Makes being in either one a ton of fun.

A refresher on moving up - and how it looks right now:

The breakdown winner and SB champ get A league spots next year - and if they're the same team, that opens up the second spot for (in order of priority) the top seed in the playoffs, the regular-season power rankings leader, the PF leader. If those are all the same team, that's the only team to move.

Breakdown race (the Golden Ticket):
TK is the only one mathematically eliminated, and here are the teams that could be in the lead after Monday:
Micro 73-37-0
Chef 67-43-0 (6 games back)
Shady 65-42-3 (6.5 games back)
BK 64-43-3 (7.5 games back)
Smitty 64-44-2 (8 games back)

Teams that could show up on this list next week (with top scores this week) are Milk, Trudem and Harold.

Steelers and OBX can be knocked out of this race with a feather.

Playoff scenarios:

Nobody can clinch a spot this week.

OBX and Steelers are theoretically still in it, but it's a weak theory and they can be eliminated by just about anything.

TK and Harold can be eliminated by losses and a win by Milk.

BK can be eliminated by a loss and a win by Chef. (If BK loses to Steelers but has the second-best score on the week, he could simultaneously take over the breakdown lead and be eliminated from the playoffs.)

Everybody else will live another week for sure.
