If the Skins do pass on him at 34 and he is there in the 3rd round Shark do you take him? The Skins went defense with the 34 overall pick.
All I know is that he was being compared to Fluker and Fluker was a top 10 pick. He might not have a 10-15 year career but a 5 year career would be fine with me with his ability. Two good bookend tackles are worth a lot in this league. I would take the chance, if you call it a chance.

And sure Andrews gave him a clean bill of health. BUt this is the same guy who proclaimed RG3 100% at the start of last season... so I tend to take that with a grain of salt these days.
Dr. Andrews was right. RG3's knee was 100% medically. It had healed and he wasn't in any more or less danger of injury. That's what 100% means. It doesn't mean he's as fast or trusting of the knee.
A skill player that is 100% healthy usually isnt confined to a knee brace for the entire season. Especially if 3/4 of his game relies on his mobility.
Did the doctor put him in the knee brace or was it a precaution set forth by the team?
All teams tell the truth leading up to the draft don't they? There is absolutely no upside to saying he's off the board for pick 34. Lie, lie and lie some more is the motto.i usually tune out this time of year but generally when I hear a team is hot on a player it usually means they have no interest.
Bingo... which is why I think Moses, Kojo, and all of the usual suspects are likely off the board. Now it might not be the guy I would select, but I get the feeling OT is NOT going to be the pick, or TE, or ILB or OLB. We aint going to draft a RB or QB at 34.... So that leaves me thinking WR, CB or long shot safety.
You may be correct Shark. Either way let the bitching begin!![]()
we need a contributor at 34 i will be happy with that
The 34th pick isn't a guarantee. Success rates of 2nd rounders hovers around 50%. At least he'd have the talent to be successful.
The 34th pick is basically a late 1st round pick.
