Gonzaga is good! This is a great education that you cannot get winning, and the Zags deserve the credit. They made Duke a half court team for most of the game, made the Freshmen look like Freshmen, and Barrett became a ball stopper. If Zion doesn't miss a dunk, if Barrett hits his FT's, and so on and so on. But if Duke was going to lose then Gonzaga in Maui was the best spot for it! And I don't remember any team losing an NCAA Title in November. Congrats to Mark Few and I hope we get another match up in April.

I hope so too. That was a fun game, albeit nerve wracking lol. I hear you on free throws. Gonzaga missed 5 of 6 in the last couple minutes and I was sure Duke was going to nail a 3 at the end to win it. Gonzaga won with experience, but Duke does have more talent. They are going to be extremely tough to beat in March once they gel with a full season under their belt and get toughened up playing in the ACC.

It actually seems better than most early season gms imo. It’s always brutal in non conference play and then the refs stop

Auburn has more pts in the paint than duke and bilas making excuses for the joke officiating

Had to listen to the game in the car as I was traveling. I've never heard the Auburn announcers complain about officiating so much. They said Auburn had 8 fouls before they called the first on Duke.

Didn't see it but that is out of wack.

I've never had a problem admitting I am wrong, when I am wrong, about anything in life. I was wrong about Duke remaining perfect in Maui. With that said I think these two teams just might meet again before a national champion is decided in 2019.
