I just don’t buy it. I always take it as announcers looking for something to talk about because it sounds good. These kids play 9-10 gms a weekend in aau ball. I never played college b-ball so I’m not saying I’m right. Look at the Johnny Flynn Cuse and Kemba uconn teams in the old big east Tourny’s. Playing their 3rd games in 3 days and beating teams playing in their first handly.

UNC is about to play in a 4 team tournament that also features kenpom's #12, #26 and #38 ranked teams.

UNC is about to play in a 4 team tournament that also features kenpom's #12, #26 and #38 ranked teams.

I'll be glad when ACC conference play begins . . . . . or maybe I won't be so glad.

Barrett sucks. he would not give up the ball on 4 straight possessions. he hogged it and couldn't even get a decent shot up. He's way over-rated.

Congrats to the Zags. They were the better team today.

Learn from it and move on. This was never going to be an unblemished season, with this many freshmen.

I hope we see this matchup again in April.

Exactly... Tillie is 6'10" and can shoot the 3 very well... I believe he made 11 straight 3's at one point last year... He's a very tough match up...

Gonzaga is good! This is a great education that you cannot get winning, and the Zags deserve the credit. They made Duke a half court team for most of the game, made the Freshmen look like Freshmen, and Barrett became a ball stopper. If Zion doesn't miss a dunk, if Barrett hits his FT's, and so on and so on. But if Duke was going to lose then Gonzaga in Maui was the best spot for it! And I don't remember any team losing an NCAA Title in November. Congrats to Mark Few and I hope we get another match up in April.
