Somebody had a great comment on the ESPN board:

"If he gets arrested a third time, do the cops throw their hats at him?"

DWI arrest may lead to deporting Barnaby

Former Buffalo Sabres forward Matthew T. Barnaby could be deported to his native Canada as a result of a drunken driving arrest early Monday in Clarence.

Meanwhile, he's already lost his job as a hockey analyst for ESPN.

He caught a break earlier this year and avoided the possibility of deportation in a domestic violence case that also involved alcohol when he showed up at his estranged wife's home, authorities said.

Now, he might not be so fortunate.

"I hope Mr. Barnaby has a good lawyer because he is going to need one," Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III said.

DWI arrest may lead to deporting Barnaby

Jim Carr: Oh this young man has had a very trying rookie season, with the litigation, the notoriety, his subsequent deportation to Canada and that country's refusal to accept him, well, I guess that's more than most 21-year-olds can handle... Ogie Ogilthorpe!
