Guy's four years removed from having one ace-level season, and his K rate dropped precipitously after 2015.
He's never going to be 2013 Matt Harvey again for a season. He could be an adequate middle-of-the-rotation guy, but I'm going to need to see him pitching halfway decently in August to be convinced of that.
deGrom might be the best, just because he's been the only one who has pitched 20+ starts in every season for them. I think Syndergaard is better when healthy (even with the queer nickname), and you could do worse than having two guys with shutout potential getting the ball on back-to-back nights, but it's funny to me how badly the rest of that group has faltered or underperformed. He had a strong 2015, but he's been well below average and injury prone ever since.
deGrom is the best pitcher on the Mets. Probably because he doesn't have some faggy super hero nickname and comes to the plate to Simple Man by Skynyrd.

In addition to 2016?Syndergaard is gonna have to prove he can last an entire season before I can put him ahead of deGrom.
In addition to 2016?
