Problem is if you do fire him who else are you bringing in and if it's from the outside you are entirely scrapping this particular version of the spread/option HUNH and chip kelly's work is entirely gone. Are you willing to suffer through the rebranding/rebuilding that would follow? Because it will take time to install new systems and the kids best suited to them.

I think you have to rebuild at this point. What's the point of trying to keep this alive at this point? The only exception would be if they could convince Chip Kelly to come back but that is obviously a long shot.
