Agreed. I honestly feel that our players are significantly less confident whenever Emery gets the start and it shows in our overall game. He looks downright bad out there at times. I sure as hell wouldn't want him to be my last line of defense.

Its a fact that teams will play looser when they have confidence in their goalie usually resulting in a better overall team effort as they don't feel like they have to overcompensate in the defensive end of the ice. Let's hope this team can overcome this if Mase isn't ready for game 2.
