Dont forget all that guaranteed money they gave to Bennett. They needed to get rid of him when league year started this year if they wanted to save the guaranteed money.

If Miller can stay healthy, he can replace Bennett. I am at least glad they sent the message. We will know he changed if he hustles in the two minute drill.

With the emergence of Miller- I can see less of a need for the 3rd WR. Miller/Bennett becomes that mismatch on the outside against small CB's. New England w/ Gronk and the murderer... I'm very confident in Trestman's ability to game plan with some amazingly athletic big guys...and would just free up B. and Alshon too. I like it.

Who do you Double team? When Marshall, Alshon, Bennett, Miller, Forte all on the field at the same time? The Defense would have to respect the TE's who have shown they can catch passes...and of course we know the dynamic duo.
Alshon at X, Marshall at Z, Miller at Y, Bennett split out at H... forte in the backfield. That's scary! Love it.
