If and when it turns out that he's guilty I'll call for Lynch's head too. The article I read barely said anything other than there was an incident at about 2:30 AM and a detective has been assigned to investigate.

"Bellevue Police said a detective was assigned to the case Monday morning and was gathering facts, including whether Lynch was actually involved."

No one has been charged yet so it could be that nothing comes of this. In Aldon's case there is no doubt about what he did. For now that is the difference.

what exactly did Lynch do? I don't care one way or the other really, but does anybody wait for any facts or details before jumping to conclusions these days? At least wait for the biased and slanted "news" article to come out that's heavy on leading comments and light on details before making comments. I mean what does "under investigation" mean? could be nothing more than someone is mad at him and called in a complaint and now they have to look into it. Or it could be he got in a fight and smashed the shit out of someone's car because he looked at his girl funny.
