Both. One to replace Rafalski and the other to replace Eriksson.

I'd like Babchuk and Pitkanen I think. Nothing I want ever happens but I think those two will fit perfectly.

MAB is good for a bunch of short handed chances a year. He'll be on the point on the power play, get pressured and cough it up allowing someone to break towards the goalie alone.

I do not know, I had read that it was done enough places to think it was. I was surprised when I saw a story late last night that the signing stories were false.

The Isles offered Paul Martin more than the Penguins did. Martin actually talked to Garth Snow personally. He asked Snow about the arena situation & all Snow could say was we have a lease through 2015. I think Martin wanted to sign, but stability of the Pens franchise won out.

They also offered Pavel Kubina more than Tampa did.

July 1st will be interesting this year because Chuck signed a lease that would keep the Isles in Nassau through 2045 if the people approve the 400 million bond on August 1st. To be honest all parties involved seem confident the people will vote for it, but you never know.
