Last year I bitched all season about Servais not pulling pitchers and doing a terrible job with the pen. Tonight I almost started feeling like he was finally getting on top of things, but I am still not totally confident with his managing the pen but it looks like he's a bit better than last season.

I will never understand why the M's manager just sits on his ass and watches the reliever fall apart and does nothing until it's way to late.

Funny thing is, JD is supposed to be a smart numbers guy. It doesn't take a PhD in statistics to understand regression to the mean. Nicasio was just "another guy" before 2017, but for some reason Dipoto was unable to comprehend that.

I think I've seen more than 3/4 of all the games and I do believe they will be competitive. LF is killing us right now (Hitting wise). If we find a hitter there we are golden. But the pitching, I have no clue how to fix it. Dipshit went out of his way to put this staff together over the winter. I'm going to be that guy right now...Goofy ass Mother f***** rolled dice on offence and hit on it so far ...but pitching can't say the same (Pen wise)

Could be that Diaz and Nicasio are being over-worked. Both are on pace for about 80-85 games (That's too many by 2018 standards) and the month of May has not been kind to either pitcher.

I like LeBlanc, and liked him when he was with the Ms in 2016. He isn't flashy but he is efficient. Maybe in future starts he will get a chance to go through the lineup for a third time if he keeps pitching like he has in his first two starts. But I have no problem with him getting pulled after 58 pitches yesterday. He is still building arm strength and in a hitter's park like Centre Field, it was not the time nor place to overwork LeBlanc.

I made the mistake of watching the first couple of minutes of the ROOT postgame. They said the reason for Nicasios struggles could be he was RUSTY LOL. RUSTY?!!?! I guess if you blame it on overworked or being rusty that covers all your bases for excuse making.

Really disappointing that this offense not only wasted a decent start by Leblanc but also a game where they walked 6 times. 3-2, 2-1 losses will happen but I don't think its to much to ask more from this offense. If there is a runner on 3rd and less then 2 outs, I don't think asking for a sac fly from Cano or Cruz is too much. The offense needs to be what carries this team. Garcia was all over the place yesterday and shouldn't have lasted 3 innings

Different to see Happ tossing to us now. Our offense needs to show up tonight cuz they sure were unseen last night. Interesting line up tonight and hope Scott's playing with the lineup gets em' going.
