YTTV already jacked their prices up to the $90s/month me. Not going to pay another $20/month for this.

There are other alternatives out there that I’ll stick with if I’m interested in watching them play.

I am old enough to remember when they would say that competition would drive prices down. Well we have all kinds of cable/streaming now, yet prices keep going up.

Yeah whoever started the myth of competition drives prices down is dumb. Competition just creates more of said item. All the different sports leagues are in competition yet which league has ever lowered their prices

Yeah, if i were already subscribing to fubo or youtube tv or hulu live or whatever, i wouldn't be paying $20 for m's games, either.

i haven't watched anything on a streaming cable services like those other than m's games in more than 10 years, though. i assume a lot of people on here only have them for other sports.

I have Hulu Live and I did the M's streaming. It is the same price or cheaper combined than Fubo with M's plus you lose a lot of channels I like by changing to Fubo.

Sports is basically the only thing keeping cable a thing and also keeping most streaming services alive. Netflix is dabbling in sports but all of the other ones have gone heavy into overpaying for sports.
