Oh I think you are on at least exhibit D or E by now.

And I am going to keep harping on it until the “experts” admit one scout saw him at 16 and they just have copy and pasted his scouting report. No idea why it bugs me so much every time I hear an “expert” say he has to be an elite hitter cause he can’t play in the field.

I’m really curious how it will look when the update prospect rankings in the summer if he takes the number 1 from Colt. From highlights you can definitely see why people were so excited. Of course they never show the mistakes

Ya he had a 1-18 between streaks. I think staying healthy is his biggest obstacle. He has done it so far this year. I still think one of them has to go by the deadline to add a big-league piece. That should be an interesting decision.

Just from highlights but it seems Felnin has the higher ceiling. Both seems like they can both be 5 tool guys but his 5 tools seem to be slightly better.

Agreed, but I also think he has higher risk. Long swing, health issues, and does he have the same drive? Maybe. I just don't know. I guess Foolio has ruined me for some of these young Latin players.

That is completely fair. I have no idea how to examine drive or attitude. Maybe by then Carlos Santana will be on the M’s staff cause everyone raves about he helped Julio (then the M’s let him walk?)
