It was easy for me, because truth be told I didn't quit for myself (I wouldn't have bothered), but for my gravely ill grandmother.

Never really bothered me too much save for the times I was playing softball or poker with my buddies.

They make this stuff now called GRINDS. It comes in pouches (like a Skoal Bandit) and it's basically coffee grounds with some other shit that's in those energy drinks.

I've tried them... not bad for a quick buzz. But nowhere near as satisfying as nicotine if you're addicted. God I miss chewing after a great meal.

Shit, I might start back-up again with all this talk.
