Some rookie player gets under opponents skin on the ice, someone calls him disrespectful, and months later he is still being torn apart for everything he does.

Marchand bitches about other teams in the press, elbows someone in the head from behind, and know mimics a golf swing to the Leafs. Now thats a respectful rookie.

At least he said he shouldn't have done it. Still though, nothing more annoying than a rookie 'putting you in your place'. I know that in the pros it's different, but when I played and a freshman stepped even a little bit over the line (on my team or the other team), I made them pay.
