Been a very long time sine we had a DC with the balls to go up against any one and say, Im going to take away what you do best.

GM took away the pass, shut down the run, and got after Carr like he stole his mammas prize cheese cake today. If he keeps this up, we will likely be fucked cause some one will try to hire him away from us next year.

Now, now. You started out the post very good but then moved it in a negative direction. Enjoy the win & understand that this team is doing some very positive things rt now. There will be ups and downs this season, but I have hope that a lot of good things will happen in the months ahead. No need to always tie it up w/ negative thoughts.

No - I get it & I am also guilty of this at times. After the Perine fumble I was thinking "oh no - Skins are going to lose". It is just in our nature as Redskins fans. Hopefully they keep going in the rt direction so that we start thinking positive moving fwd.

It is also the nature of football. If a guy turns around an entire side of the ball, somebody will pay him to turn around an entire team.

I will say I believe our Defense is legit and GM deserves a shit ton of credit.

LAvauo is the NFL version of Joel Ward. One moment he makes an awesome block to spring CT for a 70 yard gain. Two plays later he wiffs on a block to get Kirk plastered and its 3rd and 30

I wasn't irritated by GM's hire, but I'd be lying if I said I thought it was a good hire. Before the season began. The Redskins Def Co job looked to be more trap than an opportunity, at least to me, which is why 2 or 3 or 267 people said thanks, but no thanks to it. Member ol' Wade Phillips saying something along the lines of them (Skins defense) having nothing to work with as the reason he turned it down and we all agreed with his assessment or at least understood it. I'm happy to report I to was wrong. Wrong about GM being a good hire and wrong in agreeing with Phillips.

And I'd also like to take this opportunity to say of the front office. I still don't like or trust either of the ass0s in our FO. And they were lucky, damn lucky it appears thus far, concerning the hiring of Manusky and you know what?

Its about damn time those 2 ass0s in the FO caught a break at least as it pertains to matters of the Washington Redskins. Kudos to you gentlemen on a job mostly well done thus far.

Yep. I certainly was not a fan of the current FO & still have some issues w/ the way they conduct themselves at times. However - some of the moves are looking good right now. The draft picks look good & the pickups of Swearinger and Brown appear to be really good. The jury is still out on Pryor - hopefully he turns it around.

Brown looks like a great fit here. A long term deal should be discussed right now. especially when Brown is a Fa next year.

He is from Columbia, MD so that might help. If they make him a decent offer I think that he will stay since this defense could be special for quite a while.
