It certainly is. If members posted picks in order and simply highlighted the home or road team as their choice it would be a doddle. However, some people want to post a list of picks or use their own order. this takes me 90 seconds to alter data on a Microsoft Excel sheet rather than 30 seconds if they did as they were asked. It's a minor annoyance. Other than that it's a breeze.
