I keep reading and hearing that Mannion is really doing well and has the respect of the team big time. Should Fisher put him in with the 1st string against KC? Who knows he may be the best option at this point.

I'd like to see what each QB can do with the first team. This week it looks like Goff is getting the start and getting 1st team reps. Next week, I'd like to see Mannion get some reps with the first team so we can see which QB has the best chemistry with the guys that are going to be starting on opening night.

If Mannion earns the right to be the number one QB, Fisher would be a complete dolt by going with Keenum. The former will probably occur, but there is really one way to find out. Start Mannion with the ones the last two preseason games and see how he does. Fisher has already made the announcement that Keenum will be the starter for the season but like the Foles debacle, this was premature. Fisher can always change his mind and look like the drama queen that he is.

The starting QB position seems to just be a rotating wheel. Keenum was named the starter, Goff was drafted number 1 overall, but Mannion has performed the best thus far.

I know it's hard to judge in the preseason because defenses are not showing everything they have and there are 2nd and 3rd stringers playing but the Rams have three pretty good Qbs but one of them is the right one for this team. Fisher has got to get this right. Sure glad it's not my decision.

Not only is this the preseason, it was the FIRST preseason game...If he performs as well this week and/or next, then we REALLY might have something to talk about...As much as I loved his performance, he was mostly playing guys who won't be on an NFL roster in a month...

While he was definitely playing 3rd stringers, I think that the confidence and energy he'd provide would rub off on the 1st stringers as well. There was a huge difference of confidence and energy between the first half with Keenum and Goff in the game and the second half with Mannion in there when the comeback occurred.

I can't wait for Saturday....KC next on the list....that's funny we started the preseason facing Cowboys and Indians...

I was wrong. Keenum is going to start again tomorrow but Goff is going to get some reps with the first team as well.

Keenum will probably do the first two O-drives and then Goff will come in. Mannion will probably see time in the second half.

Only problem with that is, you're gonna need to root for TWO injuries for you boy Sean to get his start as Mannion is No. 3 on the depth chart.

If Foles looks good tomorrow night, will that help deter the decision to extend tweedledee and tweedledumb? Or is that a lost cause hoping that doesn't happen?
