Saw some film of him and he looks very good. NBCSB is reporting that he will play Sunday against the Jets even though the Patriots have three weeks to activate him. If he does play, that means someone will be cut from the 53 man roster. My guess.....Britt.
Britt makes sense to cut, Mitchell provides the big target that Britt provides now at least height. Although Dorsett can take a hike IMO
Not sure what his origin of birth has to do with this but I agree let's hope he can contribute.Mitchell is from New Jersey. Last time he came back from injury, he played @ Jets. He went 4 of 5 and continued playing his best football after that.
Let's hope we get the same out of him this time.....

I wouldn't be surprised if they are limiting WRs for the playoff run, trying to avoid injury. We have run the ball well so there is no need to pressure that. Handoff's avoid hits to TB and WRs.Who knows? Will Mitchell be at 100%? Will the timing be there?
I just wish we could figure out what's going on between Brady and Dorsett? Dorsett looks good when Brady targets him.
Same with Britt.
Tom is stuck on Gronk and his RBs. Even DA is only getting a handful of targets.
Frustrating
I'm guessing that if Mitchell looks good, Hogan will be IR'd. Just a guess.....

I saw White was questionable? We are going to be missing our running backs. Maybe we get to see the ball "being thrown all over the field?"

That's going to be a full load for Lewis in a game where NE should try ang run it down the Jets throat due to the weather.
Need to keep Lewis rested for the playoff run.
Let's hope for a bunch of screens, end arounds, slants to the WRs and TEs. Brady hasn't been very effective throwing downfield recently. Feed Dorsett let him take a pounding.
Not sure why we will be missing our RBs I would think they want to avoid hits on TB.We are going to be missing our running backs. Maybe we get to see the ball "being thrown all over the field?"

Gillislee hurt his ankle last week and Burkhead hurt his knee against the Steelers. Neither is serious but the staff wants them ready for the playoffs.
Lewis and White will play and Bolden will get some carries.
